By completing a purchase on this website, you agree to the following terms:

All sales are final. No refunds will be provided for digital in-game products once they have been delivered to your account.

Exception – Customer Non-Response:
In cases where we attempt to contact the customer regarding an issue with their order, if the customer does not respond within 48 hours, we reserve the right to issue a refund. The refund process may take up to 10 business days to complete.

No exceptions will be made for:

• Account issues (e.g., bans, lost access)

• Dissatisfaction with the product

• In-game performance or balance

• Accidental or duplicate purchases

Delivery is considered complete once the digital product is credited to your in-game account or otherwise made accessible to you.

Chargebacks or payment disputes made after confirmed delivery are considered a violation of this agreement. We reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover any losses, fees, or damages incurred.

By proceeding, you confirm that you understand the nature of digital goods and agree to this No Refund Policy without exception.

You will be required to accept this policy before completing any purchase.

استرجاع المدفوعات أو فتح نزاع مالي بعد التأكيد على التسليم يُعد انتهاكًا لهذه الاتفاقية. نحتفظ بالحق في اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية لاسترداد أي خسائر أو رسوم أو أضرار ناتجة.

من خلال المتابعة، فإنك تؤكد أنك تدرك طبيعة المنتجات الرقمية وتوافق على سياسة عدم الاسترداد هذه دون أي استثناء.
