By purchasing or accessing any digital in-game products or services provided by RxStore, you agree to the following Terms of Service:
من خلال شراء أو استخدام أي من المنتجات أو الخدمات الرقمية داخل اللعبة المقدمة من RxStore، فإنك توافق على شروط الخدمة التالية:
1. No Refund Policy – Digital In-Game Products
١. سياسة عدم الاسترداد – المنتجات الرقمية داخل اللعبة
All sales of digital in-game products are final and non-refundable.
جميع مبيعات المنتجات الرقمية داخل اللعبة نهائية وغير قابلة للاسترداد.
Once a digital product has been delivered to your in-game account or made accessible to you, you waive any right to request a refund, return, or exchange—regardless of usage, account status, or gameplay outcome.
بمجرد تسليم المنتج الرقمي إلى حسابك داخل اللعبة أو إتاحته لك، فإنك تتخلى عن أي حق في طلب استرداد أو إرجاع أو استبدال — بغض النظر عن الاستخدام أو حالة الحساب أو نتيجة اللعب.
Exception – Customer Non-Response:
In cases where we attempt to contact the customer regarding an issue with their order, if the customer does not respond within 48 hours, we reserve the right to issue a refund. The refund process may take up to 10 business days to complete.
استثناء – عدم استجابة العميل:
في الحالات التي نحاول فيها التواصل مع العميل بخصوص مشكلة في الطلب، إذا لم يقم العميل بالرد خلال 48 ساعة، نحتفظ بالحق في إصدار استرداد. قد تستغرق عملية الاسترداد ما يصل إلى 10 أيام عمل لإتمامها.
This policy applies to all digital goods, including but not limited to:

In-game currency

Cosmetic items (e.g., skins, outfits, mounts)

Power-ups, boosts, or consumables

Unlockable content or expansions
المحتوى القابل للفتح أو التوسعات -
Any time-limited or one-time-use items

Delivery is considered complete once the item is credited to your account.
يُعتبر التسليم مكتملًا بمجرد إضافة العنصر إلى حسابك.
2. Order Refusal and Cancellation Rights

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, for any reason.
نحتفظ بالحق في رفض أو إلغاء أو تقييد أي طلب وفقًا لتقديرنا الخاص ولأي سبب.
This may include, but is not limited to:

Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity

If your order is refused or canceled and payment has already been processed, we will issue a refund only if the digital item has not yet been delivered.
إذا تم رفض أو إلغاء طلبك وكان قد تم تنفيذ الدفع، فسنقوم برد المبلغ فقط إذا لم يتم تسليم العنصر الرقمي بعد.
We are not obligated to provide an explanation for cancellations.
لسنا ملزمين بتقديم تفسير لسبب الإلغاء.
3. Chargebacks and Legal Action
٣. استرجاع المدفوعات والإجراءات القانونية
Filing a chargeback or dispute after receiving digital products is a breach of this agreement.
تقديم طلب استرجاع أو نزاع بعد استلام المنتجات الرقمية يُعد خرقًا لهذا الاتفاق.
In such cases, we reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover all losses, fees, and damages.
في هذه الحالات، نحتفظ بالحق في اتخاذ إجراءات قانونية لاسترداد جميع الخسائر والرسوم والتعويضات.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Court costs

4. Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the security of your account.

We are not liable for any loss or unauthorized use of digital items after delivery.
لسنا مسؤولين عن أي فقدان أو استخدام غير مصرح به للعناصر الرقمية بعد تسليمها.
5. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت.
Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
